Private advisory & management

One office for the practice. A private room for every client.

Ashcombe keeps relationships, engagements, and matters on a single register. The work itself may change. The way it is administered does not.

A library table prepared for a client briefing.

Internal office

Practice administration

Directors keep their books. The practice manager holds the register, the approvals, the procedures, and the fee notes. Administrators set the stages and the rules, without sitting in a client’s papers.

A quiet drawing room.

Private office

The client room

A client sees their director, their engagements, the matters the office has shared, and briefings only after they are approved. Internal tasks and notes stay behind the practice.

Services may vary. The administrative path does not.

An enquiry, a lease notice, a trustee minute, and a charitable letter all become matters. Each matter has a client, an engagement, an owner, a stage, and a history. Procedures turn the repeatable parts into tasks.

A note is assembled from the register and approved before it is sent.
